Decide segment count only after selecting the model and reading its live capabilities. One mood per segment — no contradictory tone/color in the same prompt Spoken-language Hard Rule (all paths, no exemption). If any segment contains dialogue / voiceover / narration, you must confirm the spoken language with the user before writing prompts — same tier of hard gate as the duration confirmation, and it is not waived even when the brief is rich enough to skip the rest of Intake. After confirmation: (1) write each dialogue/voiceover line verbatim in the confirmed language inside the prompt — translating the line changes the voice's language; (2) for dialogue-dense segments keep the whole segment prompt in the spoken language , so a large block of English text does not drag the generated speech toward English; (3) label the spoken language of every dialogue segment in the Gate 2 preview (\"S4 口播：中文\"). This generalizes the old Scenario-D-only rule to every path with dialogue. Two gates before any credits are spent (multi-shot / narrative). Nothing is generated until both gates are confirmed by the user, in order: Gate 1 — Story (logline + treatment / shot list) → Gate 2 — Consistency Manifest (characters, props, scenes, style bible, transition table, spoken language). See \"Two Gates\" below. \"Story first\" and \"lock recurring characters\" are the two halves of this framework — do not treat them as separate ad-hoc rules. Lock recurring characters before generating — this is how you guarantee consistency, not something to apologize for. Any character appearing in 2+ segments must be pinned to a reference image (this is a Gate 2 line item): If the user supplied a photo → use it. If the character is invented / no photo exists → first generate a character design sheet with a live-capability-selected image model (see visual-dev.md), show it to the user for approval, then reuse that same material ID through a role supported by the selected video model in every recurring segment. A text-only description of a recurring character is not acceptable , and you must never tell the user to simply \"expect some drift.\" Prevent drift by locking the reference up front. References must be host-authorized. Use only conversation attachments, materials, task results, or other references the current host explicitly exposes. If the host cannot register an attachment for generation, explain that limitation; do not request host filesystem details or invent an upload fallback. STYLE BIBLE is mandatory for multi-shot. Before splitting into segments, produce one STYLE BIBLE string ( art style + camera language + color grade + NEGATIVE line ) and prepend it verbatim to every segment prompt . This is what stops a live-action piece from drifting into 3D-cartoon / game-CG mid-sequence and stops color temperature from jumping between segments. It is a Gate 2 line item. See \"Style Bible\" in prompt-craft.md . Continuity must follow live model capabilities. Inspect the selected model before planning anchors. Reuse stable materials through supported roles; reuse a completed result only through an advertised video-reference capability; use a tail frame only through an advertised frame/image role. Never assume role combinations or limits from an old recipe. Only the final segment ends on frame holds steady ; intermediate segments end on a motion/composition hook recorded in the Transition Table. Scenario A / 剪同款 always attaches the source video. Follow commercial/scenario-a-viral.md : select a live model that supports the source-video role together with all replacement-image roles, or stop. Never silently downgrade to text-only generation. Before every prompt session query live capabilities and inspect the selected model. Intake: What to Clarify Before Writing Don't guess — ask. Every detail the user confirms is one fewer reason to regenerate. But don't interrogate — if the brief is rich enough, go straight to writing. Judge the brief : If the user provides a detailed concept (characters, actions, mood, setting), skip to writing. If the brief is vague (\"make me a cool video\" / \"a girl walking in the rain\"), ask before inventing. In what language should the voice be?\" Reference materials Existing images, character photos, product shots \"Do you have any reference images, character art, or product photos?\" For e-commerce — these are almost always needed: Product images (what does it look like?) Key selling points (what makes it special?) Target audience / platform (TikTok vertical? YouTube horizontal?) Budget check before generating. Do not assume fixed prices: request a live estimate with the actual parameters for each segment, sum estimatedCredit × segment count plus any character-sheet, enhancement, or audio steps, and compare with the live balance. If it exceeds the balance, suggest fewer segments or a cheaper advertised capability. Two Paths Scenario A / 剪同款 uses its own two-gate remake workflow in commercial/scenario-a-viral.md ; do not route it through the generic paths below. Path 1: Single Clip (within the selected model's live maximum) User brief → [Clarify if needed] → Write prompt → Confirm → Generate Check if the brief has enough detail. If not, ask targeted questions (see Intake above). Write a model-appropriate prompt using the selected model-routing profile, then apply compatible prompt-craft.md details MUST present the full prompt to the user and wait for explicit approval before creating a paid generation task. Never skip this step. Adjust on feedback until the user confirms. Generate — only after user says yes Path 2: Multi-Clip (requested duration exceeds the live maximum) — Two Gates Multi-shot work runs through two hard gates . You spend zero credits until the user has confirmed both , in this order: User brief → GATE 1 (Story) → confirm → GATE 2 (Consistency Manifest) → confirm → Generate → QC → Assemble Gate 1 — Story (logline + treatment / shot list) Write and present the story; wait for the user to confirm before touching anything visual. Do not generate character sheets, scene refs, or segments until the plot is approved. Logline : When [INCITING INCIDENT], a [CHARACTER] must [GOAL], but [OBSTACLE] threatens [STAKES]. Treatment : 2-3 sentences per scene, prose narrative describing what the viewer SEES and FEELS. Embed dialogue naturally. Every scene transition must be THEREFORE (consequence) or BUT (complication), never AND THEN. At least 30% should be BUT. No two adjacent scenes should target the same viewer emotion. Not every segment needs every anchor. Judge per segment, then record the decision in the Shot Mapping table. Prompts (part of Gate 2's output) Write one prompt per segment following prompt-craft.md plus the selected model's model-routing profile. The Style Bible prepends every segment; the full character block is copied verbatim; each segment after S1 starts with a Continuing from the previous shot: bridge; dialogue stays in the confirmed spoken language. Generate Inspect the selected model's live capabilities, then assemble materials from its advertised roles. Reuse stable character/location material IDs, use a tail frame through a supported frame/image role when opening composition matters, and reuse completed video only through an advertised video-reference capability. Never rely on a hard-coded role combination or limit. Sequential dependencies run serially; independent segments may run in parallel. Submit only through the host's approval-controlled generation flow and record every returned task ID. QC (before you finalize) After all segments are generated, perform QC before finalizing. Compare each segment and every cut against the confirmed Consistency Manifest: same face / same art style / same color grade / props coherent / transitions catchable / spoken language correct . Report the result, regenerate only failed segments, and preserve approved outputs. Assembly and optional post-processing Assembly is optional and only available when the host exposes a dedicated media-edit capability. Otherwise return the ordered approved clips and transition plan without guessing a local tool. Generated audio and enhancement must use live advertised capabilities and the same estimate/approval gate. Anchoring Strategy Anchors are tools, not a static role table. Before planning each segment, inspect the selected model's live capabilities. Reuse the same approved character/product/location material ID through an advertised image role. Reuse a completed task only when the selected model advertises a compatible video-reference capability. Use an advertised frame role for an exact opening state; if only image references are available, order the tail frame first and describe the opening composition explicitly. Never assume role combinations, limits, durations, or timeouts from examples. Keep approved prompts in the conversation unless the host exposes export. Submit and wait as separate operations, record the task ID immediately, and resume that ID after interruption; never blindly repeat a paid create. Use media assembly/QC only when the host exposes that dedicated capability. When Things Go Wrong Problem Fix Input/reference rejection Read the selected model's live guidance; never invent a preparation flow. Insufficient credits Read the live balance, inform the user, and suggest top-up at https://www.renoise.ai . Character drifts between segments Reuse the same approved character material ID through a role advertised by the selected model, plus the verbatim character description.
