Determine the city If the user specifies a city (e.g., "weather in Tokyo", "Shanghai weather"), extract it directly. If no city is mentioned, ask the user which city they want to check. If the user previously mentioned a city in the conversation, use that as context. 2. Search for weather data Use WebSearch with query: "weather forecast {city} today {date}" For China cities, use weather.com.cn as the source. For the rest of the world, use weather.com as the source. Include today's date in the query for freshness. 3.
