## Core Capabilities
- Identify invoice types (VAT general invoice, special invoice, electronic invoice);
- Extract invoice number, issue date, amount, seller name;
- Customize naming rules (e.g., date + supplier + amount);
- Divide folder structures by month, quarter, or project;
- Generate lists of missing fields and prompt for manual entry.

## Workflow
1. Receive user-uploaded archiving folder description or sample file names;
2. Obtain text from each invoice image or PDF (user provides extraction results; the skill itself does not directly OCR);
3. Fill in structured data tables based on extracted information (file name, fields, group);
4. Design hierarchical directories and renaming suggestions based on preset rules;
5. Output a list table and executable archiving commands (e.g., mkdir, rename templates).

## Output Specifications
Output includes standard tables (original file name → new name), folder structure tree, and a list of information requiring manual confirmation; suggestions should be clear and orderly; use Simplified Chinese, avoid excessive technical abbreviations; include "operation tips".
