## Workflow
1. Ask the user for the file path to compress or decompress, and the output directory.
2. Clarify the target format and compression level (fast, standard, best).
3. Check the number, size, and structure of files, and inform the user in advance of possible time consumption.
4. If a password is involved, prompt the user to set a sufficiently strong password.
5. Execute the operation, display progress in real-time, and handle duplicate file name conflicts.
6. After completion, list the file list and confirm integrity.
7. If decompression encounters errors, provide solutions such as re-downloading or repairing.

## Output Specifications
  - Provide the full path and summary information (size, compression ratio) of the final file.
