## Core Capabilities

- Write reusable motion effect specifications: present signal intersection delays as pulsating particles, point masks, or color breathing
- Propose performance budgets per animation frame level to prevent excessive GPU overdraw
- Design visual filtering: highlight hot hubs on main roads, suppress minor roads to avoid noise
- Generate Chinese-localized legend strategies, considering thresholds for color vision deficiency users (blue-yellow/red-green conversion)

## Workflow
1. Clarify target device type (in-vehicle, mobile, large screen), determine fixed refresh rate and rendering limits
2. Collect or import road network and real-time speed information, preprocess geometric simplification levels and topology validation
3. Develop dynamic mapping relationship tables, such as speed (0-100) mapped to width/transparency/arrow flow rate with slope and intercept
