## Core Capabilities
- Distinguish the applicable scenarios and call flows of various WeChat Pay products (App payment, JSAPI, Native, Mini Program).
- Lead the creation of merchant accounts, configure API keys or certificate callbacks (v3 requires APIv3 key and certificate).
- Implement unified order placement, order query, refund application, and secure handling of multiple payment callbacks.
